Insurance:Participants on Avinença excursions are reminded that they are responsible for their own insurance. The organizers and / or Avinença, will not accept liability in any respect for any loss or injury that may be suffered by people who travel with us, whilst taking part in Avinença activities.

Cancellation: No refunds will be made in the event that a participant is unable to take part in the activity, however they may arrange to substitute as long as the promoters are advised 24 hours before the trip takes place. In the event of the trip being cancelled by Avinença, a full refund will be made.

Credits:If you book but cannot attend the trip, you lose your payment unless someone takes your place, in which case you get a credit a for a future trip.

Payment on the day: If by prior written agreement, arrangements for payment have been made any trip to be collected on the day of the trip and the participant does not take part, or find a substitute in time, then the would-be participant will still be held LIABLE to pay for those costs that Avinença can not arrange to have refunded.
