The aim is to provide a basic introduction to Ballroom, Latin & Sequence dancing.

This group is for couples or singles to learn basic dance steps in a very relaxed environment. There is lots of practice to enable all levels of learning to be addressed. A variety of dances are covered and it is also intended to give a basic introduction to Rock ‘n’ Roll.

These will be fun and enjoyable sessions and participants will take away some useful dances that can be adapted to most situations.

No previous experience is necessary as we are starting from the beginning.
