Meeting: Carrer Nou D'Octubre 1, Piso 5, Pta 10 Oliva at 6.30 pm for about 2 hours. Usually third Thursday of the month.   

The aim is for those attending to sample some wines they might not have tasted before and to complete a simple questionnaire which will provide an overall view of the wines tasted. Nibbles, water, refrescos will be provides plus tea and coffee if required. The aim is for people to enjoy themselves.

A donation of €3 per person is payable at each meeting to cover costs, any surplus will be donated to U3A Oliva funds.

It is essential that group members wishing to attend advise the Group leader in good time, one way or the other, either by telephone or email, so that he can cater for the numbers attending.

The wines that are tasted remain unknown to the members until after tasting, this can prove interesting as an individual may prefer a wine they might not have chosen had they first seen the label.
